🐚 Returns — The Salty Reality


We want you to love your balm. Like, “would text it back” love.
But if something’s wrong, here’s how it works:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
 
Because our balms are a hygiene product, we can’t accept opened or used returns — even if you swear it’s just been “tested once.”
 
Once approved, please send it back within 14 days of getting your return authorisation.
When your balm returns home, we’ll inspect it faster than a friend stalking her ex’s new girlfriend.
If it passes, your refund will hit your original payment method within 5 business days.
 
🚫 Things We Can’t Take Back
Change of mind or scent preference.
Opened or used products (we love you, but no).
Items returned without an authorisation.
Returns sent after 14 days of approval.
 
💸 You Cover the Return Postage
Unless we messed up (oops — it happens), you’ll cover the return postage.
We recommend using tracked shipping so your balm doesn’t ghost you on the way back.

💋 TL;DR
If your balm arrives broken, melted, or wrong, we’ve got you.
If you just decided you don’t vibe with banana today — we love you, but she’s yours now.
