Returns & Cancellations
At Jamison Sky, each order is produced with care and, in many cases, tailored specifically for our clients. For this reason, our returns policy reflects the nature of custom and made-to-order goods.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All Jamison Sky lip balms are produced to order. Where products are customised, personalised, or manufactured specifically for an event, venue, or brand, returns or exchanges are not available unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Customisation includes (but is not limited to):

Personalised labels or branding

Event-specific wording

Custom quantities or specifications
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, we may request:

A brief description of the issue

Photographic evidence

Your invoice or order reference
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution at Jamison Sky’s discretion.
Cancellations
Because orders are scheduled into production, cancellations are subject to the following:

Orders cancelled before production has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund.

Orders cancelled after production has commenced cannot be refunded.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. This deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.
All shipping charges will be clearly outlined on your final invoice prior to dispatch.
Jamison Sky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once goods have left our facility.
Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
